Waarborg Vastgoed has moved. Again? Yes, again!
About a year and a half ago we proudly proclaimed that we had purchased a new building: Sylviuslaan 2 in Groningen South. A building that looked more like the set of Jiskefet than a place where you see yourself working comfortably. Yet we also saw the potential of this office building. In the months after the purchase, the Waarborg handyman and service team worked very hard to transform the building into what it is today: a light, modern and pleasant working environment.
Fellow residents
After the Waarborg team had moved into the building, we were soon joined by two other residents: Insite Security and there[for]. Less than a year later, Insite Security asked us if we wanted to make room for their expansion. We are more than happy to do so for ambitious and fast-growing companies.
Nomad family
As befits a true nomad family, we looked around for a new spot. The canteen of RTV Noord in the Mediacentrale became available and turned out to be the perfect place for Waarborg (at the moment). The service team picked up their painting, carpentry and other DIY tools again and the canteen was transformed into an office.
Moved!
The result is impressive, we think. Although there are still many finishing touches to be made, we have moved into the Mediacentrale today. Our address is now Helperpark 284. Curious about the end result? Feel free to come by and take a look!
