Anyone who is constantly occupied with other people's housing needs can hardly help but be inspired to experience those possibilities themselves. In recent years, we have therefore gone on a voyage of discovery through our own properties.
For years we enjoyed our office space on Sylviuslaan, where we had our headquarters in an oasis of light and air. When one of our co-residents wanted to expand, we enthusiastically packed the moving boxes. On to a new place!
We settled in De Mediacentrale, where you can still find us today. We work side by side with our residents and know exactly what is going on. A few years ago, we started building the Powerhouse Helperpark in the backyard, which has become a special and hybrid building where we initially wanted to move to ourselves. However, this time it didn't happen because there were two other companies that really wanted to move there. So we found a new spot within De Mediacentrale in the old house that belonged to the power plant that provided the city with energy until the 1980s.
