Hoendiepskade
Taking lessons with the history of almost a century ago surrounding you on the one hand, and all modern facilities within reach on the other? That is possible at Waarborg-object Hoendiepskade 23/24: formerly the hub of the city as the Princess Juliana domestic science school, now home to the Groningen University College.
A national monument in a new guise
Hoendiepskade 23/24 is a beautiful building, constructed in the distinctive style of the 1930s. Yet, the building also has a distinctly modern feel. In 2014, Waarborg completely renovated the former school building: the result is a stunning, modern complex with a unique character. Perfect for the pioneers of the future!
