New construction news: the Media Center is getting a new neighbor!
Apart from some playful dogs, raucous crows and fanatical children who fancy themselves FC Groningen football players, not much has been happening on the former training field of FC Groningen for a while now. However, there have been speculations for a while about what will come on the field next to the Mediacentrale – and behind the Helpmancentrale. A new office building? A sports centre? Both? From Waarborg we can finally bring the news: the Mediacentrale is getting new neighbours! From the fourth quarter of 2017, a new hybrid residential and work complex will be built with the name 'Powerhouse Helperpark'.
